Lupe Ramirez
Center Director
I started my journey with Apple Seed in the infant classroom in 2011, and now I’m the director of the
school. Since then, I’ve had the chance to develop as a kindergarten, preschool, and infants teacher, as
well as a current administrator. Education, safety, and a positive experience are very important to me,
so I work hard to make Apple Seed more than just a childcare facility. I want it to be a place where
families feel loved, safe, and have access to resources to learn. To be a part of this amazing journey is
such a privilege.
Tijuana Tollaman
Curriculum Director
Coming from a large family, I have always enjoyed being a mentor to my nieces and nephews. Whether
that means doing fun stuff, helping them with schoolwork, or just being a voice of reason. This inspired
me to embark on a career path that helps shape young minds. Since 2017 I have worked with every age
group at Apple Seed Private School and gained a lot of information and techniques vital to teaching the
children left in our care. As the curriculum director, I am eager to implement the lesson plans and proud
to be the first stepping stone in our kids educational journey. I am honored to be a part of such an
enriching and attentive staff, and very excited to do my best to continue in helping this school thrive.

In my second semester as a junior in high school I was in the early education program. There, I was able
to be in the toddler classroom at my school daycare interacting and being able to see their different
playing outside with their friends. Seeing their happiness in learning, and curiosity wanting to know
something new would motivate me to do more such as providing comfort when they feel sad, and
encourage them as well so they can succeed. From there, in 2019 I have worked with every age group
at Apple Seed Private School, and just seeing the kids develop and grow more, I want to continue giving
my best. Being part of the Apple Seed Private School team as a teacher and office administrator has
been a wonderful opportunity.
